Little Miss Karson

I was editing some images from last week’s big family shoot and couldn’t resist sharing a few of this little beauty! The camera just loves her! Such a little knockout!
Here she is with Piglet!

Funky hat!

Ballerina!

Nikki - Oh my goodness…she is waaaay to cute. I know I’m a little bias, but … really, could she be any more beautiful?

The LeBlanc Family!

A while back a friend of mine, Kori asked us if we’d be interested in shooting her whole family. Sisters, brothers, everyone. Of course we said yes. But, I have to admit, big groups intimidate me just a smidge! Well, nerves were unnecessary…..everyone was super easy going and easy to work with and it went off without a hitch! I think the pictures speak for themselves, in showing how much warmth and love they share! We had some great sun and great cooperation! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Enjoy…..it’s a bit of a monster posting!

Grandpa and Grandma with the youngest grandchild, Jack, 10mths!

Kori and her little lady!

Sonny and Kori and their little ones!

And because everyone needs a little attention as just a “couple!”

Matt and Nikki:

Nikki’s got to be one of the most photogenic individual that I’ve come across!

Kyle and his girlfriend Raelene

Guy and Sue:

Below is one of my favorites of them! Love it!

The “singles” as they called themselves! Clint,Tyler, and Montana:

The boys:

The ladies:

Claws out for some sibling rivalry!

Last but not least, I’ll leave you with a cute one of the 3 grandchildren:

I think all families should do this! Got me to thinking, Teila and I are photographers and we don’t have a shoot like this of OUR family!!?? Gotta get on that!

Chelsea - This shoot is amazing!

Sue Leblalnc - Wow I was there and thought “how can this work?” But it did and the pictures are just beautiful. Great job.

Lianna - I love the photos Sue! Your family was always gorgeous…and now all growd up too and so many boys now…haha….Makes me wanna cry. I am so happy to see that you are all so happy! I love you guys so much and miss you too. Love always, your friend, Lianna

Nikki - Awesome job! Those pictures are all amazing. Even Matt wouldn’t stop talking about it and he HATES getting his picture taken usually and doesn’t often like many pictures of himself, but he wouldn’t stop talking about what an amazing job you did! The one of my Mom, Guy and Jack brought tears to our eyes. Beautiful work.

Lynn Bright - Sue you two have a beautiful family

Brenda - Oh my gosh Sue. Thanks for sharing this. They are beautiful and I love the barn for the back ground. Reminds me of days on the farm growing up with the battered barn.

A Whole Lotta Family! Sneak Peek!

Here’s a quick look at an image from my time yesterday with some friends and all of their family! Lots of awesome pictures to come soon!

Baby Declan’s Sneak Peek!

Keelin - So excited that the sneak peak is up!! Can’t wait to see more of your amazing work… and my cute nephew:)

Mary Lynch - What a woonderfilled picture, so glad, you did the photography, for The Baptism of Declan. Can’t wait for more pictures, I’m so impatient, but I guess, I’ll have to, until then, a great job. Mary

Ciara - You did such an amazing job with this picture. We’re just dying to see more of our cute baby boy. Thanks for being a part of his special day and capturing the amazing memories like this one of Declan and his Grampa.

Ed & Andria: Married!

This past Saturday, we had the privledge of spending the day with Ed and Andria and all of their fabulous friends and family! The day was truly beautiful! Gorgeous details, beautiful location, great weather, fun people and lots of warmth and love to be felt! Good times!

Check out the fab shoes:

Love these ones on the dock! The moody cool colors look so good with the white dress!

Love this close-up! Nice and dramatic!

Big group! And they’re all gorgeous! Photographer’s dream!:)

Love the color of the falls behind!

We just fell in love with all this green moss and the little pocket of sunlight breaking through the trees. They are simply stunning here!

Something about this photo that speaks to me! So sultry!

The one below feels so “fairy tale – romantic!”

One of my (Nat’s) favorites of the day below:

Their reception was held at the beautiful Banff Springs Hotel.

Andria - Natalie and Teila,
You girls did such a great job…all of my guests were raving about you two. Thank you for capturing our day! I will make it my mission to ensure everyone I know goes with White Dress Photography. I’m so happy we found you guys….LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the pictures.

Thanks again,
A.

Lindsay - Was a wonderful day and evening. Beautifully captured.

Sam & Tish: Engaged!

Here’s the full post of my time with Sam and Tish. They’re getting married on a cruise next spring, so unfortunately we won’t be part of their big day! But here’s a bunch of images from their e-session that was so much fun! I always try to make a bit of a fool of myself in order to get people relaxed and comfortable, and I honestly wasn’t sure if Sam thought I was crazy or entertaining! But as the session went on, I could see their nerves go away and the pictures prove it! Enjoy!

So pretty:

Love a good close-up of a “just-about-kiss!”

LOVE the softness of this one! I know Sam thought it was completely unnatural, but c’mon…..bet you disagree now, right?!

I think Tish looks awesome in the next two:

They were getting eaten alive in the next pose, so this didn’t last long, and just happy I grabbed one good shot here!

I decided we had done enough “soft and pretty” and encouraged them to try a little “gritty”…..love the result in this next one:

I told them to get so close, it almosts feels like you’re “smelling” the other person….sounds super strange, but always gets the right effect….Sam informed me that, that is actually a “New Zealand thing” (he’s from there)…..to touch noses and breathe in the other person…..called a “hongi”…..LOVE that! “Breath of life”

I saw all these traffic signs just grouped together in a parking lot and loved all the colors, so here’s a few with them as a backdrop! This would be the point where all the nerves were lost!! Love when that happens!!

I just love all these colors! So juicy!

Love a shoot that captures the sweet to the sassy!

Sam & Tish: Engaged! (A Sneak Peek!)

I just got back from an engagement session with Sam and Tish and I couldn’t wait to start working on a few images. Here’s a fave! I love it! More to come soon!
